“This course (Ethical and Legal Considerations of Holistic Counseling) is a must for any mental health professional looking to get into holistic counseling! Not only is the content relevant, it is also incredibly informative and provides guidance on staying within ethical and legal provisions. The course also provides information on best practices, precautions when engaging in holistic strategies, and on research-based interventions of holistic modalities. I would highly recommend this course as Chris is a wonderful instructor, highly competent and mindful, and has years of experience with holistic counseling!” -Nadelynn
“Start Up Strategies for Integrating Yoga into Clinical Practice gave me a lot of usable info in a short amount of time. I appreciated the written sequence and practice we had in the webinar. Whether someone is newer to yoga or not as familiar with how gentle yoga can be introduced or used in therapy, this is the webinar for you. I would love to see a longer series on this, as I’m newer to integrating yoga into my clinical work.” -Amber A.

Holistic Self-Care Boundaries for Therapists
The past couple years have been heavy for us all and many of us feel stretched thin especially with so much increase in clients needing help. In this profession it can be hard to offer space for clients when we feel so much overwhelm in our lives. As caring professionals we give and give to others and don’t leave much for ourselves. In this webinar you will learn how to start self-care boundaries daily with your time and energy. You will learn how to set emotional boundaries, physical boundaries and energetic boundaries. Through hands on practices you will discover ways to fill yourself up and stay grounded so you can boost your overall wellness. This allows you to be most effective with the clients you serve.

Holistic Webinar Bundle, All 3 Webinars for $97!!
The number one request I hear from Listeners is the struggle with “how do I use yoga with clients in session?” It can be scary to start adding it in to sessions and can leave you feeling uncertain about how to best integrate it in a safe and ethical way. The first webinar “Start up Strategies for Integrating Yoga into Clinical Practice” will address how to get you started and feel more confident with yoga practices.
There is much confusion and uncertainty about the legal and ethical considerations of using holistic strategies with clients. How do we know if we are competent to use these? Can we use these strategies legally and ethically? These and other questions will be addressed in the “Ethical and Legal Considerations of Holistic Counseling” Webinar.
The last webinar “Holistic Self-Care Boundaries for Therapists” is one that is near and dear to my heart. Most Therapists give too much of themselves, put themselves last and end up feeling burned out. This webinar will address ways to build more solid boundaries emotionally, physically, and energetically so you can learn how to fill yourself up and stay grounded to boost your overall wellness. This allows you to be most effective with the clients you serve.
All of these webinar replays can be purchased as a group for a discounted rate of $97 or $50 for each individual webinar. That’s a discount of $53 if you purchase the Bundle instead of each individual webinar.
